How to choose the stickers?

The flexibility, shrinkage, opacity, processing characteristics and labeling characteristics of polyvinyl chloride film are very good, and the color is bright, which can promote products.

⑵ The surface of film-type self-adhesive labels must be smooth and dense, with uniform density, consistent color, and good light transmittance to ensure that the film absorbs ink evenly and that the color difference of the same batch of printed products is small.

⑶ The thickness of the self-adhesive label must be uniform and the strength index must be qualified. The printing pressure applied during the printing process is related to the thickness of the self-adhesive. If the thickness is uneven, the printing pressure will also be uneven, which will cause the handwriting or ink color of the label print to be darker or lighter. If the film strength is too poor, the tension of the film during the printing process will be difficult to control, which will have a great impact on die-cutting and waste discharge.

⑷ The self-adhesive label should be smoother and the rewinding tension should be even. Good flatness ensures correct conveying, running, registering and winding during printing. The rewinding tension of the film should be uniform and appropriate. If the tension is too small, the film base material will be loose, and the vertical and horizontal registration will be inaccurate; if the tension is too high, the base material will shrink laterally, the color registration will be unstable, and it will be difficult to print normally.

⑸ Film self-adhesive labels must also have the characteristics of corrosion resistance, aging resistance, non-fading, and small shrinkage and expansion ratios. If it has poor corrosion resistance and is easy to age and fade, the label will not be durable and will also affect the sale and use of the product. If the shrinkage and expansion ratio is large, it will not only affect the overprint accuracy during printing, but also cause the label to deform during use, affecting the sale and use of the product. Especially for labels of high-end products, we should try to avoid the embarrassing situation where the product has not expired but the label has aged (label aging includes plastic aging and ink fading, etc.). If necessary, aging resistance tests should be conducted on plastics or labels to test their performance.

⑹ The self-adhesive labels purchased must also maintain good stickiness within the validity period.
